NispetPhoto Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NispetPhoto ("the App"), an Android photo editor developed by Nispet Engineering, handles personal data. By using NispetPhoto you agree to the practices described here.
1. Core principle: your photos stay on your device
NispetPhoto is a fully offline photo editor. All editing (crop, filters, curves, color, etc.) happens entirely on your device. Your photos, image content and edits are never uploaded, transmitted or stored on our servers or any third party's servers.
- No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
- We operate no backend servers and have no access to the photos or data the App processes.
- Your edits and document list are kept only in your device's local storage and are removed when you uninstall the App.
2. Personal data the App collects
NispetPhoto itself does not collect personal data. The App does not collect, associate or transmit your name, email address, phone number, precise (GPS) location, contacts, file names or media content.
3. Permissions and why they are used
The App requests only the minimum permissions needed for its core features:
- Photos and media: to let you pick a photo to edit and save your result. The preferred method is the system photo picker, which needs no permission.
- Camera (optional): to capture a photo from within the App. If you deny it, gallery selection still works.
- Notifications: to show export (save) progress.
- Internet / network access: to download font families and, subject to your consent, to serve ads.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
NispetPhoto shows ads through Google AdMob to fund development. AdMob is a third-party advertising service provided by Google and may process certain data to deliver ads, which can include:
- Advertising identifier (Advertising ID) and device identifiers,
- IP address and the approximate (city-level) location derived from it — not precise GPS location,
- Technical information such as device model, operating system version, language/country,
- Your interactions with ads (impressions, clicks).
This data is used to deliver relevant ads and, only with your consent, to personalize them. For details on how Google uses this data:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
5. Consent for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent screen on first launch via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). On that screen you can allow personalized ads or decline and see only non-personalized ads. You can change your consent choice at any time from the "Ad privacy options" entry inside the App.
6. Diagnostics and crash reporting
To improve stability, anonymous technical diagnostics (e.g. crash logs, device model, OS version, anonymous feature-usage counters) may be processed. This data is anonymous, is not linked to your identity, and does not contain your photo content or personal information.
7. Children's privacy
NispetPhoto is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the relevant service providers (Google AdMob / Google Play Services) for the advertising and diagnostics purposes described above. We do not share data with any other third parties.
9. International data transfers
As part of advertising and technical services, Google may process data on servers in various countries, including the United States. Such transfers take place under Google's appropriate legal safeguards.
10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR / CCPA / KVKK), you may have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can manage ad-personalization preferences through:
- The in-App "Ad privacy options" (for European users),
- Resetting your advertising identifier or turning off personalization in your device settings,
- Google Ads Settings: https://adssettings.google.com
To exercise your rights, contact us using the address below.
11. Data security
Because your photos are processed on your device and are never transmitted, content privacy is protected to the highest degree. Advertising and diagnostics data are processed under the security standards of the relevant service providers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised. Continued use of the App means you accept the current policy.
